Neck Exercises For Neck Pain – Cure it Once And For All

    img-responsive

In this day and age, we have phones, computers, tablets and other devices that we are constantly looking at from angles that feel comfortable.

If you suffer from back pain, neck pain or even hip pain. This article will be of great service to you.

Neck pain is debilitating and terrible. Every so often I have to take a few naproxen, draw a bath and put a towel under my neck because the pain is so great. I stay in that bath for an unreasonably long time to try and make the pain go away. I just learned a really quick, fifteen-minute routine to pretty much fix it all.

Over time, using these devices we have, out posture slowly declines into an exaggeration of what it once was. Instead of standing tall, we slouch and have rolled shoulders. Another symptom of this is also a forward head leaning posture. It looks sort of like thisText NeckNot so pretty, this is a problem nearly everyone in America suffers from. This can cause brain fog, neck pain, eye soreness and headaches quite easily. This type of posture can also affect sleep.

On top of all that, if you exercise consistently, you are actually at a loss of oxygen due to your windpipe being partially blocked.

Not to mention your shoulders being rolled forward reduces usable lung volume. But don’t worry, there is a way to fix it.

    Pain-Where it Comes From

What happens when your posture diminishes?

Well for starters, your body will try and protect itself. First by creating a fatty deposit just on top of the back of your neck to protect the important connections that go from the brain to the spine.

Beyond that, it stops proper movement, disallowing circulation and other important systems like the lymphatic system.

Because of this, you may get sick more often, have frequent headaches, and worsened sleep. Among many other symptoms. Honestly, it sucks.

My wife suffers from the same issue(Fatty deposit on the neck and everything). She could definitely use a fix for this right now.

    Static Stretches Just Won’t Do

Often times when looking for solutions online, you’ll find youtube videos suggesting static stretches and a ton of exercises that will take you far too much time to complete in any reasonable amount of time.

Most are based on static stretches as well. This is a stretch that has you hold one position for a period of time and then release. What is actually needed is a full round treatment. Dynamic stretches, movement and the other muscles that are involved need to be reprogrammed to meet the needs of your posture adjustments.Girl Posture Bad

The problem does not stop there. Without working the muscles in a specific order, you could actually worsen the problem. I can almost hear the sarcastic “yay” coming across the computer screen.

So the question is, How do you actually fix this pain?

    The Real Fix

To actually fix this issue, you need a fairly specific round of exercises to sequentially relax all the muscles in the neck and back to allow for reprogramming of the muscle group.

It’s really easy, a simple round of ten exercises that need to be performed in a specific order will fix this issue fairly easily. The only problem is that I don’t have the ability (Due to copyright) to just give you the exercises. You’ll have to head over to Mike Westerdals program at ForwardHeadPosturefix.com.

They will have a really long sale pitch for you to go through, but for our purposes, you can just scroll down to the bottom. At first, they’ll tell you it’s worth $50, but really they will sell it to you for $10

The Exercises Are Easy And Can Be Done Anywhere

The pain really does melt away. Just cut through the whole speech they have and go to the bottom where they have check out.rick helping Patient

The routine itself takes fifteen minutes, they also give you another book that helps you get better sleep. Despite the way they go about it, the value is really nice.

Despite their “Sales” way of going about it, the fix actually does work. I wanted to be able to tell you how to cut through their pitch because it’s honestly a little annoying how long it takes them to get to the point.

If you feel a little reluctant, know that they have a 60-day money back guarantee. So there is not much to be worried about. The fix visibly starts working in about two days.

    Conclusion

If you want the pain to go away, spending $10 really isn’t much. I urge you to spend the time to improve your quality of life. And hey, if it doesn’t work out, just return it no harm done.

I want to know what you think! let me know if the program works for you, and if it didn’t what did in the end?

    Best,

    Patrick

Neck pain is a desease of our modern world and it’s increasing all the time. What we need is proper exersices, a full round treatment as you pointed out. Most of us doesn’t know how to treat neck pain and your article gives great information how to do it and where you can find proper and exact guiding for that.

Hi Patrick, Neck pain can be extremely annoying. I sometimes get it on the right side of my neck. We were always told to sit up straight when we were kids and I guess now it’s starting to affect us more. Exercise always seems to be the remedy. These look easy and if it will decrease my neck pain, then I’ll give it a shot! Thanks!

Great post and thank you for some helpful information. I had whiplash about 10 years ago and now have (according to my doctor) advanced arthritis in my neck (I had an MRI).

I try to do exercises in the shower when my muscles have loosened up from the hot water and then do a few stretches, but now I have new exercises thanks to you.

      Hi Patrick!
Well, now I know why I’m in pain…I’ve been doing everything wrong my whole life!
When my laptop is charging I hold it on my lap and bend over instead of moving the charging station to a place where I could sit with the correct posture. I have already been diagnosed with arthritis so I need to begin making these changes sooner rather than later.
I appreciate your wise advice, and am certainly willing to try it
      Thanks for caring!

      Hey!

I often get neck pains after working on my computer too long or after a tough workout at the gym.

I think I will definitely try these exercises to see what will do the trick.

      Thank you!

      Hi Patrick,

      Great eye opening article!

The fist photo of your article looks my posture at work! It’s an horrible posture for our neck and we look like the
      hunchback of notre dame.

I’m going to pay more attention on my posture.

      Cheers

      Rui
